Analyze Each Section of the CE

Customer  Experience  (CE)  is  a  direct  indicator  on  how  well   a  restaurant  is  perceived  in  the  marketplace  directly  effects  the  bottomline.    Food  quality,  Speed  of  Service  &  Customer  Service  make  up  with  overall  CE.  Making  small  changes  in  50-100  areas  change  your  CE  from  part  of  the  pack  to  ahead  of  all  competitors.

We Spend The Time

We  spend  time  with  the  data,  the  customer  feed  back  and  most  importantly  at  the  locations.    Collecting  enough  data  is  essential  in order to view  all  of  the  areas  of  improvement  that  might  be  needed.

Our  reports have  no  additional  language  it  is  created  with  an  opening  statement  of area  in  which  improvements  are  needs  with  a  bullet  pointed  action  plan  to  attack  each  solution.    We  focus  on  Menu  Design,  Menu  Innovation,  Dining  Room  Layout,  Front  of  the  House  Customer  Service,  Employee  Motivations,  Employee  Compensations  (focused  on  benefits  and  extras),  Kitchen  Layout  and  so  much  more.
